Helping Local Heroes

When you have an emergency, you dial 911. But when a Colorado first responder needs help, who’s there for them? That’s where we come in.

The funds raised for their foundation go to Colorado first responders, their families and anyone we interact with during emergencies who needs help. Your support and contributions allow them to meet their goals and improve the lives of our Colorado first responders and their families.

Here’s your chance to give back and help a first responder in need.

“Donation Presented in Memory of Officer Adam Jobbers-Miller” August 2018

Pro Players Association donated a Denver Broncos Von Miller autographed collectible to the Brotherhood of the Fallen Golf Tournament Auction. We requested the item be auctioned off in memory of Fort Myers Police Officer Adam Jobbers-Miller who passed away as a result of the injuries sustained on Saturday, July 21st when he was shot in the line of duty in Fort Myers Florida. Adam was a former volunteer firefighter in PPA’s CEO Gary R Adler’s hometown of Wayne, New Jersey prior to becoming a police officer.

Brotherhood for the Fallen was established in March 2010. Their mission is to honorably attend the services of Fallen Officers across the US & Canada who have made the ultimate sacrifice, giving his/her life during the performance of their duties, by providing safety for citizens. Brotherhood for the Fallen is a nationally recognized 501(c) (3) organization comprised of Police Officers that physically and financially demonstrate support to Officers that have been murdered in the line of duty, across the United States of America and Canada.

Good Morning Gary,

I hope this finds you doing well!

I wanted to ask for your mailing address.  I would like to send a letter of appreciation to you for the contributions you made to the R2R2 event.

Event Coordinators of the R2R2

The mission of the Flying Wheels Foundation for Injured Troopers is to provide immediate financial relief for Troopers, Police Officers and Deputies that sustain serious injuries in the line of duty. We recognize that in the aftermath of a catastrophic injury the injured officer and their family should be focused on healing, both physically and emotionally, not dealing with financial hardships that will surely be present after any tragedy.

Colorado State Patrol officers from Jamie's troop attended the event.

Douglas County Sheriff officers attended and supported the event.

Thanks to Douglas County HS for providing the school cafeteria for the event.

PPA CEO and Miss Colorado present a Castle Rock Police Cadet with his prize winnings from the 50/50. He generously donated the funds back to the charity!
