ENGLEWOOD DAYS TO BENEFIT MILITARY FAMILY RELIEF FUND
Pro Players Association and the Greater Englewood Chamber of Commerce are proud to host Englewood Days, October 4, 2008. The family-oriented festival will boast a car, truck & bike show, children’s fair, vendors fair, three stages of entertainment, food & beverage, a beer garden and a headliner concert performance following the daytime events.
The festival will benefit the Military Family Relief Fund. Monies raised will aid active-military families in all services of the armed forces to help defray the costs of food, housing, utilities, medical services, and other expenses.
The event will take place at the Englewood City Center, (the former site of Cinderella City). The extensive area to be utilized runs from the east end of Walmart at South Elati Street to the RTD Station at the west, parallel with Santa Fe Drive, and to the south approximately to Hampden Ave (Hwy 285) and north to Floyd Ave. Below is a photo of an aerial view of the area to be utilized for the event.
The areas outlined in yellow have been approved by the land owners and the city for our use.
The area of South Inca Street and Englewood Parkway outlined in yellow, have been designated for use by vendors. The Walmart lot outlined in yellow has been designated for the Road Rage Car, Truck and Bike Show.
The oval-like area outlined in yellow has been designated as the food court/beer garden.
The parking lot in the southwest corner along South Inca Street has been designated for the Children’s Fest.
There are 3 performance areas outlined in yellow, marked “music” to be utilized for musical and variety entertainment.
VENDOR INFORMATION:
Vendor Booth Hours: Load-In 6:00AM-8:30AM; Food/Beverage Load-Out 9:00PM; All other vendors Load-Out 5PM
Event Times: Festival 9AM-5PM; Evening Concert 6PM-9PM
Cost: Booth/Lot Space 10’ x 10’
- Food & Beverage* vendors $600
- All other vendors $400
- Each additional 10X10 space adjacent to original space is $250
- Active Greater Englewood Chamber and Pro Players Association members receive a $75 discount on primary booth/space.
ALL Vendor booth/space Set-Up: 6:00AM-8:30AM Saturday ONLY! No set-up prior to Saturday at 6AM - No Exceptions.
*Limited to specific beverages; sales of alcoholic beverages prohibited; soda, water and beer will be sold ONLY by the event organizer; if you are not sure, please inquire prior to registration.
